Radio Times has undergone its first significant brand refresh in more than 20 years, aiming to reposition itself for a rapidly changing media landscape.
It was a privilege to be involved in the evolution of a brand with such a rich history. The logo had become dated and generic – functional, but lacking in personality.
While the rebrand needed to be future-facing, rather than discarding its past, we deliberately looked back through the Radio Times’ archive. The new design draws on the magazine’s 70s–80s heyday, reinterpreting the logo for a modern context, balancing familiarity with clarity and confidence.
